Included in the schedule are detailed instructions on how to use our schedules as well as instructions on how to use the books you purchase. Nature Journaling

Nature journaling is a wonderful way to go deeper with your study of geology, weather, and astronomy. Keeping a Nature Journal provides a variety of ideas and insights on nature journaling (see our review on the Curriculum Review page). Nature journaling suggestions are scheduled throughout the schedule. You will need to purchase a Nature Journal or just a simple sketch pad. Also, you may wish to purchase a variety of field guides to identify the geological features you come across. Our family loves to collect rocks...therefore the rock guide.
